The CST Foundation – Inaugural event to be held on 23rd March 2013

The CST Foundation support families of children who need ongoing CranioSacral treatment but can no longer afford it.

On the 23rd of March Maggie Gliksten CST-D and the elbowroom are hosting their inaugural event offering students of CranioSacral Therapy the opportunity to precept with Maggie and the families. This will give you a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with a variety of children and provide much needed therapies to them.

Maggie has worked in complimentary therapy for 20 years, initially in Hydrotherapy and latterly in Reflexology and CranioSacral Therapy.   Maggie is at present training to become a teacher of Paediatric Craniosacral Therapy and is involved in the training of students of all levels of the therapy.

For the past 17 years Maggie has worked for the Cork Disability service as part of an early intervention team and she has worked on babies and children of all ages and with all conditions.

Maggie and Caitriona are asking all students who take part for a minimum donation of €25 for the day and all donations go towards the CST Foundation itself.
